Properties adjacent to roadways are impacted by the amount of multi-modal traffic that the roadways might attract or generate. Land use planning encompasses existing regulations and requirements for development and use of land, as well as future uses.
For the Broadway: Euclid to Country Club Improvement Project, the project team is developing the roadway design based on established transportation needs. After the project reaches 30%design, a land use planning effort will begin.
In the meantime, the City's Planning and Development Services/Integrated Planning (PDSD/IP) will lead an initial effort to develop a project area vision. This vision will help guide future land use planning.
