BROADWAY PROJECT OMBUDSMAN — DESIGN PHASE
City Manager's Office
In an effort to assist with the overall communication between the City and property/business owners on the Broadway corridor, TDOT, in collaboration with Planning and Development Services/Integrated Planning (PDSD/IP), has designated James MacAdam as the Broadway Corridor Project Ombudsman. James provides a central point of contact that is independent of the roadway design, construction and acquisition processes, and is directly accountable to the City Manager (via PDSD/IP). His role is to provide property owners with timely, accurate and consistent information regarding the design phase of the project, as well as to provide feedback from business and property owners to the Project Team.
